I am certified by the State of Michigan to provide Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and have been fully trained by the Shapiro Institute in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. To date, these are the two best therapies for helping people heal from trauma according to research.

Chronic Pain
